Fruitlands Museum

September 23
 
PAG is heading to Fruitlands Museum in Harvard MA on Monday, Sept 23. Fruitlands is renowned for its extensive collection of Hudson River School paintings, Shaker furniture and the home of American Transcendentalism. Cost is $75/$70 members which includes round trip transportation and admission to the grounds and various museums. Sunday Plein Air Painters

We will meet on Sunday afternoons from 3 to 6 PM
All levels and media welcome   
No Instruction but we will have a short, optional critique following the sessions
Fees: $5/$4 members per session
You may also pay for the entire series: $30/$25
These are drop in sessions . If it rains we will meet at PAG

July 7-Meet in front of the Stone Barn at Colt State Park. Paint the barn or Mill Gut or Coggeshall Farm

July 14-Meet at “Mary Perry’s Garden” across from Sip and Dip in Bristol. Paint the Garden, Sip and Dip or Bristol Harbor. Park at the far end of the Sip and Dip parking lot

July 21-Meet at Tiverton Four Corners at Grey’s Ice Cream to paint the surrounding area

July 28- Meet at the Prudence Island Ferry Landing to paint boats and harbor

August 4-Meet at Boyd’s Windmill in Paradise Valley, Middletown. Paint windmill and other historic buildings

August 11-Meet at the Warren Town Wharf on Water Street in Warren. Paint boats and Barrington River.

August 18-Meet at the Portsmouth Historical Society on East Main Rd. Paint the landscape overlooking the fields and the Sackonnet river as well as historical buildings and farm implements

August 25-We will have a final wine and cheese critique and share the work we have done over the summer. Painting location TBD.
